• Payment information: Subscription billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.
• Usage data: Standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and provide the AutoNego platform.
• To match buyers with dealers based on vehicle preferences.
• To process subscription payments via Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (e.g., password resets, notifications).
• To improve our service and fix technical issues.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing.
• SendGrid — for transactional email delivery.
• OpenAI — anonymized negotiation data may be sent to OpenAI to power the AI Deal Analysis feature.
• Dealers/Buyers on the platform — your name, ZIP code, and car request details are visible to matched parties as part of the negotiation process.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
