AutoNego is an online platform that connects car buyers with licensed dealerships to facilitate vehicle negotiation. AutoNego is a communication platform only — we are not a party to any vehicle transaction.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use AutoNego.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
• You may not create more than one account per person.

4. Buyer Rules

• Buyers must have an active subscription to post car requests.
• Car requests must be genuine — do not post requests you have no intention of completing.
• Accepting a dealer's offer constitutes a commitment to proceed with the purchase in good faith.

5. Dealer Rules

• Dealers must have an active subscription to contact buyers and submit offers.
• All offers submitted must be genuine and legally binding upon acceptance.
• Dealers may not misrepresent vehicle details, pricing, or financing terms.
• Dealers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing vehicle sales.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the platform.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AutoNego is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of market prices, dealer information, or AI-generated analysis. The AI Deal Analysis feature is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or legal advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

AutoNego is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any vehicle transactions conducted through or facilitated by the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of AutoNego after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
